Travel! Adventure! Job Experience! Frozen student loans! College-like lifestyle! Food Stamps! A real salary! My life is pretty sweet post-grad. I’m totally kidding about the real salary thing though (unless you’ve been living with your head in the clouds, like I was in college, everyone knows that’s not a given after graduation).

Maybe we’ve beat the “moving for work” topic to death here on PGL, but that’s what I’ve got going on in my work life now, so that’s what I’m going to talk about.
Now, I haven’t even told my parents yet, but this week I applied for a transfer toFlorida. (Surprise, Mom!) My company is opening a store in Ft. Myers, a new market, and they have a pretty awesome relocation policy for their managers. But this is a big deal decision, and there are certainly a number of benefits and drawbacks to making a move like this, all of which I’m still considering. And I might as well share them with you.
